Daddy Dates is written by a dad of four daughters. It was a quick, light read. The author talks about the importance of spending one on one time with each of your children (in this book, specifically your daughters). He tells how you can’t really know your daughters unless you spend that uninterrupted time with them individually. He gave some great ideas and examples from his own “dates” with his daughters. “Dating” your daughter doesn’t have to be expensive, but it should be well-planned and meaningful. Study your daughter to know what she likes to do and then join her in doing it! This would make a great gift for a new Dad of a daughter or for Father’s Day!
I was given a copy of this book from Thomas Nelson publishers via BookSneeze in return for my honest review of the book. I was not otherwise compensated and all opinions are my own.
