I am currently reading The House That Cleans Itself by Mindy Starns Clark. I am only about 1/4 of the way through it, but I’m having a hard time really getting into it. I’m going to read a few more chapters, but I’m not sure if I’ll finish it or not. So far, it seems as if her preliminary “plan” of getting your house ready to clean, would take more time than the actual cleaning itself! Here’s a review from Amazon.com:
The House That Cleans Itself is a true housekeeping guide for the housekeeping–impaired! It boldly takes on the reasons behind chronic messiness and why ordinary home–organization books won’t work. Using the methods of “horizontal thinking,” this book teaches readers how to set up a home so efficiently and logically that it seems to clean itself.
More than a how–to book, The House That Cleans Itself also looks at what God has to say about cleanliness and order, and how He can inspire order in every reader’s life in a fresh and unique way.
So….what about you? What are you reading this week?
