Well, I’m getting this posted just under the wire as it will soon be Tuesday! I haven’t prepared a full menu for this week, just dinners. Here’s what’s cooking at our house this week!
Monday: Spaghetti, Tossed Salad and French bread
Tuesday: Poppyseed chicken, fresh squash and green beans
Wednesday: Roast with potatoes and carrots in crock pot, broccoli casserole
Thursday: Leftovers!
Friday: Tacos, Mexican rice, chips and salsa
Since I never know what our weekends will be like, I don’t plan specific dinners. But I do have all the ingredients for making BBQ chicken sandwiches and/or chili, if I end up cooking!
I hope to do a little baking this week too…we’ll see if that happens!
